The city will be holding the country's first Evening Celebration event with the arrival of the Olympic Torch in Plymouth.
The 70 day Olympic Torch Relay journey will see the flame come within 10 miles of 95 per cent of the people in the UK, culminating with its arrival at the Olympic Games Opening Ceremony on 27 July.
